Yes! Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. You'll have access until the end of your billing period.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session.

Do session packages expire?

5-session packages expire in 60 days. 10-session packages expire in 90 days. Extensions available for medical reasons.

Perfect! Many of my most successful transformations have been with complete beginners. Your program will be tailored to your current fitness level and we'll progress at a pace that challenges you without overwhelming you.

Most clients see noticeable changes within 4-6 weeks of consistent effort. However, lasting transformation takes time. My programs are designed for sustainable results, not quick fixes that don't last.

After your initial commitment period, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Life happens - I'm flexible and understanding. We can also pause your membership for vacations or unexpected circumstances.
